Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about playing City Sky Intercepts. For deeper tactics see the strategy guide; for the full story see the About page.

Is the game free?

Yes. City Sky Intercepts is completely free to play in your web browser.

Do I need to download or install anything?

No. It runs entirely in the browser. If you want, you can use your browser's "Add to Home Screen" option to install it as an app-like shortcut, but that's optional.

Do I need an account or login?

No account, no sign-up, no email required. Just open the page and play.

What devices and browsers does it support?

Any modern browser on phone, tablet, or desktop. It's built for touch on mobile and works with a mouse on desktop, in portrait orientation.

How do I play?

Choose a defense system from the buttons at the bottom, then tap an incoming threat to fire an interceptor at it. The key is matching the right system to each threat — see the strategy guide.

Which system intercepts which threat?

Use Arrow 3 (or THAAD) for ballistic missiles, and Iron Dome for drones and debris. David's Sling covers mid-altitude threats. Iron Dome cannot reach high-altitude ballistic missiles.

Why did my interceptor miss?

Usually because the system was wrong for that threat — for example, firing Iron Dome at a high ballistic missile it can't reach, or David's Sling into the top of the sky where it can't fire.

Is my progress saved?

Yes — your campaign progress, in-game wallet, and tutorial state are saved locally on your own device using your browser's storage. Nothing is uploaded to a server. Clearing your browser data will reset progress. See the Privacy Policy.

Can I change the language?

Yes. The game supports English and Hebrew (with right-to-left layout). Switch it from the settings on the start screen.

Can I turn the sound off or reduce motion?

Yes. The settings menu includes sound and reduced-motion options.

How long is a mission?

Missions are short by design — a typical one runs a minute or two — so the game is easy to play in quick sessions.

Does the game show ads?

The game may be supported by advertising provided through Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads. You can read exactly how this works, and how to opt out of personalized ads, in the Privacy Policy.

How are cookies and my data handled?

The game does not ask for personal information. Advertising and analytics partners may use cookies as described in the Privacy Policy, which also covers consent for users in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland.

Is this a real military simulation?

No. It is a fictional arcade game inspired by real-world air-defense concepts, made purely for entertainment. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any government, military, or manufacturer. See the Terms of Service.
