These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the City Sky Intercepts browser game (the "Game"). By playing the Game you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. Entertainment & fiction disclaimer

City Sky Intercepts is a fictional arcade game created solely for entertainment. While it is inspired by real-world air-defense concepts and uses names such as Iron Dome, David's Sling, Arrow 3, and THAAD for thematic flavor, the Game is not a simulation and does not accurately represent real systems, capabilities, events, or outcomes. The Game is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or representative of any government, military, defense agency, manufacturer, or other organization. Nothing in the Game is a political statement or factual claim.

2. License to play

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to play the Game for your own non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Game or its assets without permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Game, including by attempting to disrupt or interfere with its operation, accessing it through automated means to abuse it, or using it in any way that violates applicable law.

4. Intellectual property

The Game, including its code, artwork, audio, and design, is the property of its creator and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

5. Advertising & third-party services

The Game may display advertising and use third-party services such as Google AdSense and analytics. Your interaction with those services is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for details on cookies, advertising, and consent.

6. No warranty

The Game is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted, error-free operation. You play the Game at your own discretion and risk.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creator of the Game shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date, and your continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
